Just Want to Help a Little

le Meiimo has seen the same small problems in countless meetings, confusion, tiny text, messy follow-up.
le Meiimo just wants to help, in small but meaningful ways.

Before we started writing patents or designing products, we had already been through thousands of meetings.

Some were internal discussions of every size.
Some were client visits, sometimes we were the hosts, sometimes the guests.
And some were large conferences where we were either presenting or quietly watching from the audience.

Across all these meetings, I noticed a few things that left a deep impression:

  • Presenters struggled to guide the audience’s focus.
Slides were too crowded. As the presenter kept talking, people got lost and couldn’t tell which part of the screen was being discussed.
  • Participants in the back couldn’t see clearly.
When someone started screen sharing, there was often a moment of chaos trying to open the right document, and then everyone realized the text was too small to read.
  • Someone always had to copy down the whiteboard manually.
When the discussion was over, there was always one person who had to take photos or transcribe the whiteboard for follow-up.

Seeing these situations happen again and again made me want to solve these seemingly small, but truly important, issues:

  • Could we make the presentation screen follow the speaker naturally, helping everyone stay focused?
  • Could the display be smart enough to adjust itself so everyone could see clearly?
  • And beyond the AI meeting summaries everyone is building now, could we also automatically turn the whiteboard into proper documents for follow-up?

Honestly, we’re not trying to build something that will shake the world.

But if our product can help an office team save half an hour of pointless work, or improve communication just a little bit each day,
and if that small improvement happens over and over, spreading to more teams,

I think that’s a meaningful contribution to the world.
I believe that even business users who don’t care about technology will understand the value in this.
Have you seen these situations in your own meetings?
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
